Refund policy

Items purchased can be returned within 21 days of the date of delivery. Sale Items & items purchased with a discount code are eligible for store credit only. 

To receive a refund or store credit, the item must be returned unworn, unused and in the original packaging with tags. Returns can be made via mail by requesting a return.

To initiate a return, please log into your account.

Returns are held in the customers care until the items are received at our warehouse. A return label fee of $12.99 will be deducted from the refund or store credit amount. 

Store credit will be provided in the form of a E-Gift Card with expiry two years after creation.

If an item is defective or damaged contact us at info@hsktkids.ca with details of the product and the defect.

Undergarments non-refundable for hygiene reasons.

Refunds and Store Credit will not be given for shipping and handling charges shown on the original invoice. The customer is responsible for any loss or damage to products returned during shipment.

USA returns - shipping labels may not be provided dependent on tariff and shipping providers rules at any given time. Please be prepared to cover your own return shipping costs.
